Very professional and personable. At first they did a phone interview, once you were selected from there they had me meet with another employee in my remote area. She took me out to eat and had a few questions about my experience and education and then referred the questions to the Vice President. Once I passed that process the Vice President came out to a local restaurant and held multiple interviews during the day. Then about a week later I received an offer.
