Applied online. Interview process has like 3-4 levels. It took more than 3 weeks to hear back if I passed the initial interview. I reached final interview level and then I was ghosted. HR wasn't replying to my follow-ups. I would've appreciated a rejection letter. Overall wasted over a month of my time for undecisive and slow management.
