The first "interview" was actually a group Zoom meeting, where we did an overview of the company and the position. I found this helpful. Then, we were given links to schedule our one-on-one interviews. I rescheduled mine *5* times. (The first timeslot I picked was for Memorial Day--it was my bad for forgetting a holiday, but crazy there wasn't a safeguard against it.) I was still invited to reschedule for a 6th time, but I didn't feel like getting stood up again and declined.
