The interview process and the interviewers were quite intimidating - so many qualifications are expected from a fresh graduate who is looking for a platform to learn and start her career.

Interview was quite smooth. With the dean, an associate professor, and with an HOD, alongside one HR personnel. Had to do mock teaching and they asked questions as students, then the rest is pretty smooth. Although they really do call your references and check your credentials.
