Dear Reviewer, We are so sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. However, we have to say that this review is very out of the blue. We are hiring during a pandemic because we are an essential business and to the large amount of unemployed individuals in the area we are offering opportunity in a difficult time. We apologize that this came off inappropriate to you; however, we assure you that contacting applicants via text and email is what most companies are doing in this day and age. We are currently offering both in person and zoom interview options so which ever is preferred we are able to offer. Additionally, we are located within the Chicago area, a sprawling metropolis that arguably spans quite a large amount of cities and towns and is not just limited to the Chicago zip codes, this is not untruthful it is a part of city and it's legacy. As far as Trump Tower being a part of the Chicago skyline, that is also part of the city as well, the city we all live within.
