Scheduled via consultant. Started on time. 3 rounds in total. 1st interview was dismissive about previous experience and at one point blurted out u would not have as much work as u would see here. He was all over the place. Second one was standard style design question- go prepaired with Facebook/Uber design. Finally third one was the cxo - who was trying to figure out from me in reverse how to hire experienced folks. I am amazed at the stupidity of these startups. I am sure by then they had ascertained that I am not a fit so was quizzing me on how to hire. Worst part - I was not told the outcome , I tend to ask for feedback even if outcome is bad. But they simply stopped communicating. In mind...bunch of amateurs.
