They came in hot and heavy but then ghost you when they decide to go a different direction. I can respect it’s not a good fit but let someone know, especially when all indicators were positive at the start. Also highly recommend coaching younger employees for interviews so they aren’t complaining about how overwhelmed they are about their job during the whole interview.
