Once I had applied via the website, I had an initial call with Charlotte, the talent acquisition advisor. Was offered an interview after a week. I was then told this would only be a one stage interview. Once I had the interview, I was advised I'd hear back at the end of the following week. It was actually a good experience, I felt my skills aligned perfectly with the role and had the skillset and knowledge to excel in the team. The communication between myself and the talent advisor was poor. I had to chase for an answer at the end of the following week, and received an answer to say I wasn't successful. The most upsetting this was the job role had been re-posted two-three times which seemed like the hiring managers had come to a decision quite early on not to hire me, however this wasn't communicated until I politely chased for an answer.
