Had one interview that went really well. I seemed to be connecting with the interviewer both professionally and personally. But then I was completely ghosted. Not even sent a one sentence email letting me know I wasn’t moving forward in the hiring process. It definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and I worry how little they respect candidates’ time and effort. It’s sad as I thought Sustainability Matters was more of an upstanding nonprofit. I likely dodged a bullet.
