My first interview was with the Director. I was asked questions such as "tell me about yourself" and "what are your salary requirements." I then was asked if I wanted to schedule a time for a "working interview." I had to plan a lesson and implement it in the classroom. While I did this, I was of course observed. I was then told that I would receive a call if there was a job offer for me. I never got a call back after that.
