Turned up in a suit which was my first mistake. A very informal atmosphere with empoyees and other hopefuls in more casual outfits. You introduce yourself, they then go over the company and the job, make you write out how you would answer some potential emails and finally take you for an informal chat/interview

They ask you areas where you have not been that good as part of your job in the past so be prepared for that
