I got the interview through a recruiter and then had to have a phone interview with a member from the HR team. After 2/3 weeks, I then went in for an interview with two girls, which went really well. They showed me around the office after the interview which was a really good sign. Two weeks after this interview, and after a lot of chasing, I was called in again for an interview with two senior team members, who weren't prepared for the interview at all. They didn't have any questions written down, so I led the interview by going through my experience. After this interview I heard nothing at all back from them.. I chased the recruiter constantly for weeks and they always came up with excuses for the company, "they are busy" or "our contact is in a meeting". After three weeks I gave up chasing and never heard from them again!!! I think that this is really unprofessional, as they completely wasted my time and I got no feedback at all. I had been told from the beginning that I was the only one interviewing for this role. As it was a new role, I actually think that they had no intention of hiring someone and just wanted to explore the possibility. It was a complete waste of my time and I hope that they don't treat other potential employees that way.
