First a online test was conducted .It mainly covered aptitude and technical questions. Technical questions were related to PCB and all basic electronics. Then the shortlisted candidates from the exam (i was selected) are asked for an interview . Two people from the company came to the campus. Here first a group discussion round was taken . A group of 15 people were given two topics to discuss with. It was more of a open discussion.So whoever had valid point was selected for next round. Next round was an HR interviewwith the people who came from SYRMA SGS . HR was mostly regarding family, are you good with relocation, and a little about from your resume. The final round was a panel round. We were called to the office and then interview was conducted. They mostly asked about PCB, basic electronics, ur projects and a few questions regarding the company.
