Colloquio
I applied through an employee referral. My interview at Sysdig was in June 2018 (San Francisco office)
I applied for a front end software engineering position. Overall the entire interview process was very smooth. The process took about two weeks or so and my status was well communicated to me during this time.
All the interviewers were easy to talk to and down to earth. While there are many companies that trend toward problem solving skills using algorithms, the Sysdig interviews that I had were real world focused. Since I was applying for a front end position the center of attention was on javascript. Brushing up on the fundamentals of javascript helped a lot.
I had one phone screen interview and one on-site where I met with several members of the team. Some of the team is distributed so on the day of my on-site a few interviews were conducted over Zoom.
I felt very comfortable with the interview process and it gave me a very good impression about the company. I’m glad I accepted and I’m glad to be here.

Colloquio
Applied through recruiter. The process took around 2 weeks.
First I had a telephonic interview with a developer. It was mostly discussing about the projects I have done and about my experience.
Then after a couple of days, I had two technical video interviews with developers who works from Italy's office.
Then I had 4 on-site interviews which were mixed with technical/general questions.
A week later I had a zoom interview with company's Engineering VP. Same day, I got the offer letter.
