Initially had an informal conversation with a senior engineer about the company and how my aspirations tied in with it, followed up by a more technical conversation with an engineering division manager which involved a few skills based on the spot questions. Very professional and appeared to appreciate my viewpoints given their relative seniority/technical knowledge, which allowed me to get my questions/answers across with confidence.
