One to one rounds-5. All technical rounds on SAP knowledge . Last round is with thee project team which has high difficulty level. Interviews can be conducted on skype as well

Three interview stages:
1) Phone interview with the Team Members. The questions were related to my background and my qualifications.
2) Skype Interview with the Project Manager. The process and work culture was explained. We discussed about the job expectations and the expected opportunities to grow.
3) HR Interview to complete the joining procedures

It is not that difficult no that easy.It depends on how badly they want to fill that position.
Mines was fairly an average interview.
They mostly ask common questions for the post they are looking. Nothing out the blue.
Yes they do have these Aptitude tests,Psychometric tests. but they are average, just to test you as an individual.
