Very smooth. It was a video call with senior staff member and direct line manager. Both were friendly, welcoming and asked good questions. The Talent Acquisition staff were also very friendly and encouraging.

Friendly and relaxed open discussion over Teams where I was asked questions about my previous experience and what I was looking for in my new role. The interviewers were very open and honest.
