Aptitude test needs to be removed from the application process. You really learn about someone through an in person interview and their experiences, not an aptitude test. It was an hour long.

two interviews, one with a formal get to know you and one with a sales process. sales process revolved around a fake door knock with the objection of payroll. answered with a follow up meeting at a better time

It was very robotic and seemed like more of a test then a interview I would suggest definitely prepping as I was not ready for this type of interview format.
