Applied online, went through a recruiter call, scheduled panel interviews onsite, and waited for the decision. People are rather friendly and were able to answer questions. Received a decline letter but didn't say why

1. Consult with HR. to discuss background, benefits, salary, etc. ~15 min
2. Interview with Sr Manager to go over past experience and walk through portfolio pieces ~45min
3. Panel of 5 (Product stakeholders, other designers, managers) to answer specific technical questions and give examples of past similar situations. ~3.5hr (panelists were 1:1)
