Long and drawn out over a couple of months. I took a train to Baltimore and returned home late at night. After an exhausting day during which I was barely given anything to eat or drink. this company didn't have the courtesy to ever give a definitive answer. I sent everyone a thank-you note. I can't emphasize enough how surprised and disappointed I am at the lack of common civility.
