Very straightforward interview. They pay for you to get your license to sell insurance if you fail you get either fired or given a second chance on the once again. Fail the second time and you really get the boot. As long as you pass you begin product training so don't get to comfortable if you get hired there's still some way left to go

General customer service "how do you work under pressure" sort of questions
The process was super smooth, it was divided into different parts like behavioral , technical and previous experiences. Also we have to prepare for otl license exam, which company helps you in.
It needed preparation. They asked questions about client experience, how to handle difficult client. Why do you want to work for TD. What are your salary expectations? How would you commute to work and how far you live?
