Submitted application last week and within days got a message from the hiring manager (I suspect) asking for availability for a 30min video interview. A bit informal of an approach as I usually get reached out via email or phone call with more instruction on what to expect.

Very quick and simple; recruiter called and asked some simple questions, was then brought into the store to meet with Manager, Assistant Manager, and Head Teller. The interview was geared towards sales experience and willingness to meet sales and customer service expectations. The interviews were also more conversational than question/answer based.

I applied online and got an online interview with the district manager. Next, I had an interview at the specific location. I was not told it was a panel interview and the 3 managers were very unprofessional. They asked inappropriate questions, changed the question after my response, and it was overall a very toxic/humiliating one hour interview.
Was very straightforward, make sure to remain calm. Answer confidently and be honest. Try to know some fun facts about the company; they love it when you are knowledgeable and know about where you want to work. It shows that you are interested and that it's not just another job.
