A panel style interview with a series of questions based on credit understanding and success in previous roles. There was also a conversation with a recruiter before the panel interview took place.

Two rounds of interview. One with HR and the other with a hiring manager and his report. The first round was a phone screen and the second was an in-person interview. The in-person interview lasted approximately 1.5 hrs.
