I was contacted over the phone after I applied online. Had a conversation with the manager that went over my work and education experience, as well as my skills. After that had an in-person interview with the manager less than a week later. It took over a month for the background check and the acceptance of the role to process after I was offered the job.

A 30-min interview. Generally they asked me about my previous work experience. What I liked and disliked of my previous job, and why.They introduced me their daily work, and told me that the amount of job would be increase dramatically. So I stressed my time-management skills.
