two interviews, first with HR representative to gauge suitability with the company. Second interview technical in nature, conducted by Managers. Accessed knowledge of capital markets and comfort level in dealing with clients in a fast paced environment. Particular focus on TD's legendary customer service attributes. Two interviewers during the technical part of the process. Recently, an online screening process has been added to the process to access customer services competencies and phone manners.

The interview process was fairly easy. They ask basic Investment and customer service-related questions. Be well prepared for a long interview of about 45-50 mins.
It was one step interview for me, but i strongly feel good preparation and knowledge can definitely get you in!

Applied online. A week after received a phone interview, then another week interviewing with the hiring manager and other team members. Due to the pandemic, the process was taking through phone about 30 mins and virtual interviewing about 1hr. Did not get any response a week after the second interview.
