It took a few weeks from the time of application. Phone screen, then initial interview, then second interview with people who were supposed to be in the first interview. The interview process is focused heavily on WHO YOU ARE, and will you be a good addition to the team (as a person). Are you someone that will fit the environment. The credentials and experience are important too but training is always available for those who may not have the "preferred" qualifications but meet the eagerness and enthusiasm necessary for the companies success.
