Applied online and heard nothing from them for a good 3 months until I received the invitation to the assessment centre completely out of the blue. This was a full day consisting of an individual and group presentation, countless writing and logic activities and a brief 1:1 interview. Staff were very friendly and we were made to feel at ease/welcome. HR extremely disorganised: despite numerous follow-up emails and promises of written or verbal feedback, none was provided.
