- Initially had a phone interview and then an in person Teams meeting with the recruiter. Wanted references right away and had to be with phone number which I thought was odd. Was then shamed that I had previous contact with employer that led to not even an interview. All communication from that point was only reciprocated when I initiated first. I had also applied to about 5 other positions they had listed and you just get ghosted. Not a professional look on them at all. At least send a dang rejection letter instead of having candidates wondering. I will avoid TEKsystems entirely from this point forward.
