      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso TEKsystems (Southfield, MI) nel mese di feb 2018

      Colloquio

      Facts: I was referred by an employee of a sister company. The interview process took about 3 weeks. it was a 4-stage process. I NEVER HEARD BACK from the company after the final stage whether offering a position or not, negative or positive feedback, via e-mail, call, text or smoke signal. This certainly was a VERY LOW-LEVEL move (or lack thereof?) on their end. Opinion and review: I believe the leadership in Southfield, MI are genuine people. They seemed to care about selecting the right person for the job, yet it was also abundantly clear to me they didn't know what they were doing and there was a noticeable disconnect when it came down to communication and how they delivered themselves as a company. For example, I'd send an e-mail or a text and I’d either get a delayed response in most cases or not get one at all. Here's a breakdown of how it went: (1) Phone interview: I spoke with the recruiter out of Colorado - the recruiter was very nice, professional, helpful and provided me with general knowledge on what to expect and what the company was about. (2) In-person interview: I met with 2 Directors of Business Operations for about an hour. It was comprehensive and interrogative which was totally okay with me personally, but their method of which could be intimidating and discomforting by all means to many candidates out there. (3) half-day/shadowing: I was invited to come in for a half day to get familiar with the work environment, ask questions and meet with more leaders at the company. It seemed liked they wanted to get feedback from co-workers and other leaders on the candidate and how they handled the half-day interview i.e. did the candidate socialize? did the candidate ask questions? how did co-workers feel about the candidate?... etc. (4) Final interview with a delivery manager: I was invited for a quick lunch with this delivery manager. the DM was the person to make the recommendation to hire a candidate or not, as explained to me by the DM and one of the DBOs. I was asked the same questions essentially and followed a very similar technique in interviewing. It, however, seemed more focused on the emotional aspect of the interview. Overall, I believe the leadership down in Southfield, MI may need to get it together and put together a better and more cohesive hiring process. The low level of communication is ABSURD.

Why Teksystems? what do you expect from working here? tell me about your family? what does your brother do? How many years did you spend at school? what are your weaknesses? If I go to your leader with the previous employer what would hesay about you? How did it look like back in your country? ...etc

      Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

      4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
