First was the phone screening- pretty basic. The first round of interviews was very intense. I was interviewed by 3 people at once! come prepare to answer tough questions both behavioral and about yourself. They want you to open up to them and tell you their story. It was intimidating being interviewed by 3 directors at one time, but not everyone is interviewed by all three it depends on the schedule of the interviewers. My friend interviewed at the same location and was only interviewed by 1 person. The last round of interviews is pretty cool because it give you a good idea of what you would be doing on the job. You get to meet a lot of different people working in different areas of the company. It's almost like a job shadow. After you go to lunch with a director from the first interview. All the people you talk to throughout the day meet up afterward and discuss if you'd be a good fit- if they come to a 'yes' consensus you get a job offer!
