I applied, then was sent an email with a questionnaire. They set up a phone call with HR that was casual. They then set up an in-person meeting and when i went to the interview, the person who was to be there was not even there, therefore 2 others interviewed me. After this, I was told I had a phone interview (with the one who did not make it to the initial meeting). Then I was asked to come in for a half day. The half day was information overload, and everyone encouraged me to ask a lot of questions. By the final stage of the morning, my mind was toast. The team members were warm and overall great... but the main interviewer was very uncomfortable and not personable. I was surprised to see someone with a personality like his in his position. In the end, I was not offered a position and would not have accepted if I was. It was clear they want you to work long days and I couldn't see myself in the position.

Met with HR once and then proceeded with actual interview with 2 people. Overall good vibes with one but the other lady was very cold. They were late as well.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going
