Detail oriented questions pertaining to the staffing industry throughout the various different sectors of industry TekSystems offers staffing solutions for. Thorough questions that allowed for you and the interviewer to get to know eachother and the company and role it was trying to fill. Took their time and offered as much time as it took to ask questions and a better idea if it was a good fit along with a responsive follow up afterwards.

Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
