Different from everything I have experienced so far. Very practical and insightful. After I applied for the role I was invited for a "Sales Simulation" - yes correct! TELANTO provided me with information about their products/services and asked me to pitch it to them on the phone - nothing else. Call ended as if it was a real conversation with a customer. A few hours later I was invited for a face-to-face interview. We met and talked about conditions. No CV review and tricky questions. Straight forward.
