Sehr gut vorbereitetes digitales Gespräch, bei welchem direkt die Herausforderungen der Aufgaben klar und sachlich geschildert wurden. Alle Fragen wurden offen und ehrlich beantwortet. Wir haben eine fachliche Diskussion geführt, gemeinsam Lösungen besprochen - es war eine Atmosphäre in welcher man sich gut vorstellen kann, wie es später im Job ist.

It was smooth. Two rounds: first was the reporting manager and the second was with 4 senior members. They spoke to me about the issues and challenges and the need of the role. Nothing specific as such.
