The interview process was one video call and then I got an email with a verbal offer. The email stated once I confirm interest I would receive an offer letter with training dates. Although I confirmed interest they never got back to me with the offer letter. I have followed up and received no word back.

It was lovely actually. I interviewed with the Franchise owners and they were knowledgeable and extremely kind. Felt like I knew them both for years and we were just catching up.
