As stated on their website - Conversation with Recruiter, then Team members. They were also hiring internally which they didn't say and then decided to go for internal candidate. Fair enough but how poor of a process this was. Interviews kept being rescheduled and now understand why. Be transparent in the process to set expectations with candidates.

So ridiculous the time they make you wait. There was a talk and a promise to be back until the end of the same week. It took 6 weeks after requesting a position about the only talk one no-reply email!
