You would enter the office and meet one of the managers. The manager will give you the interview and ask several questions related to customer service and then will call/email you back with a response.

Asked you a few questions, but the one I remember as the most important would be what is customer service. Do not directly give a Google definition and try to tie it into how you would deliver good customer service.
Easy, quick, simple, they asked why do you want to work here, tell me about your interests and what makes you think you are a good fit for this position.
Very straight forward. Asked about previous experience, strengths and weaknesses. Explained the job requirements and tasks. Asked all the regular questions. It was very smooth, and it didn't feel very timid.

Very easy, they just ask u ur availabilty not too hard and not something you would need to prepare for or anything. I also wore jeans too and they did not mind
