I went through an initial phone interview and then an hour long interview with the hiring manager. Both I felt went well. I received a message saying I was invited for a 3rd interview with the rest of the team. I gave availability for the next week and was told I would be scheduled with a time EOD the next day. I didn’t hear back, no problem. I know people are busy. I followed up twice and then after 10 business days I was finally told that they decided to restructure and were no longer hiring for this position and would not be continuing. I don’t mind if I’m not given the interview, but please tell people in a timely manner and not leave them hanging.
