The owner of the company showed up about 15 minutes late. That alone is not a big deal, I'm sure he's a busy guy. But then he rushed through the interview in about 5 minutes, asking basic questions about my previous work experience. He didn't give me a chance to ask anything about the job or company. Got a job offer for less $ than I was looking for two days later and I declined.
