4 step interview process. First interview on the phone. Second and third interview via Skype. Fourth Interview in person. I went through the first 3 steps but was not called for the face to face interview.
Got the first round of interviews, and asked about my experience. The interviewer talked about the job responsibilities. Tomra food industry is looking for a person who has experience in the laser field.

Process of interview was easy and related to electrical and electronics. Should know about electric drawings, motor, logic gates, semiconductors. Good knowledge about electric measuring equipments and handlings. PLC related basic knowledge is an advantage.

the interview process started in the morning, it lasted one hour, was structured and comprehensive. HR and the manager did the interview. It also included an exercise. People were very friendly.
