Firstly, they did phone interview. Later on, they called for a second interview. That was a technical interview. They asked about motherboard components, and PC fail cases. Plus, they checked my writing skill. It was a friendly and efficient interview.
The interview process started with a telephonic round, proceeded to HR, followed by OPS, then OPS Technical, and concluded with the Amcat assessment, ensuring comprehensive evaluation across communication, operations, technical, and aptitude.
