Very friendly and easy to talk with , at first I was kinda nervous cause it's my first time to apply again in a BPO company. But they assure me not worry and just stay calm and I should breathe haha. We talk like we already known each other for years, we talked like we're friends, and that's makes me calm and be able to answer all their questions.

The initial and final interview was smooth and direct to the point, interviewers are very kind and responds honestly on the questions that i asked to them. i applied for a local account but they listed me to TSR because they said there is no available local account at the moment.
