The process is quick and easy, suggested to prepare sales profile questions beforehand such as getting through decision makers, objection handling, needs assessment. Product knowledge is not a must but good to have.

Mostly about your past experience, cold calling / customer service related
Past Experience may notgives an edge during interview as they may look for your control on language

Just asked about your prior experience, and what kind of tools used in your prior job, also some sales skills and CRM system experience. Once you passed they will provide a month of training of the line of business that you are going to work on.
You are provided resources to succeed in your interview such as topics of discussions. The interview process was straight forward and professional. TP also has a unique assessment page that functions like a game to evaluate competency.
