The interview was held twice. First was done via phone call and the next was held in recruitment office. Both interviews were fast and questions are very easy to answer. The interviewer even provided a feedback during my first interview assessment.

The questions were mostly about customer service, communication skills, and work experience. Overall, the process was professional and beginner-friendly.
