The phone interview asked several behavioral questions, technical questions (it's okay if you don't some financial terms), fraction-decimal conversion questions such as "what is 1/16 as decimal?" The final interview consisted of three parts: a quantitative and verbal reasoning test, a group exercise, and a panel interview. Pretty straightforward. First round is with the Hr, basically just to filter whether you would be a right fit for the role. Second round is with the various desk heads who are looking to hire, the focus here is more on experience along with cultural fit for desk and the product.

Very relaxed process, first stage was conversational interview, last stage being a day on the floor. Instant repsonse first round, a lot longer for the second. They are looking for highly interpersonal people, who are quick and sharp. Skills and experience are secondary. Having sports background is advantageous.

More like a chat - very friendly guy, head of the desk I was interviewing for. asked maths questions e.g. 17x18. seems like a tough role and he was very clear about what it was going to be like
