My first interview lasted 8 minutes long, just talking about my CV. I then left the building and got 15 minutes down the road to receive a call saying I need to return right then as they forgot to get me to fill out a form & I needed to have a 2nd interview. The 2nd interview was with 2 quite intimidating men where they tested maths skills and logic questions.

I applied online and was contacted by phone to arrange an interview. The initial interview lasted around 15 minutes, followed by another 10 minute session with the Managing Director and another colleague. I found the Managing Director quite intimidating, which affected my confidence during the interview. I was also surprised to be asked for my opinion on the Reform UK political party, which felt unrelated to the responsibilities of an Office Administrator role. The overall tone of the interview was uncomfortable and made it difficult to perform at my best.
