I recently had the opportunity to interview for the Implementation Specialist role at TPP, and it was a highly positive experience from start to finish. The process was well-structured, efficient, and allowed me to showcase my skills and problem-solving abilities. The initial stages involved online assessments designed to evaluate analytical thinking and logical reasoning. While challenging, they were fair and provided a good indication of what the role might entail. The in-person interview was held at TPP’s offices, where I was welcomed by a friendly and professional team. During the interview, I was asked a mix of problem-solving and scenario-based questions relevant to the role. The interviewers were engaged and supportive, encouraging me to think critically and articulate my thought process clearly. They also took the time to explain the company culture and the responsibilities of the Implementation Specialist position, which reinforced my enthusiasm for the role.

The interview was relatively informal, questions about CV, experience and future plans. Face-to-face interview was about 20 minutes, but was waiting in the reception for about 45 minutes before that.
