Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto 2 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso TRAQR Technologies (Gurgaon, Haryana) nel mese di ott 2016

1) The interview was average which was taken by the client/vendor of the company, means I have to attend interview at two different places.
2) There was f2f discussion with CEO of the company which was formal discussion regrading salary and Notice Period.
3) Got offer letter on the same day.
5) After 20 days, HR called and said that we required immediate joining and another candidate have already join us. Though I already have mentioned about my notice period.
6) If you are serving notice period with your current company and don't have another offer then you are at high risk.

This comment was posted by an over smart person who took the offer letter from us, gave a joining date and then mailed back stating that his company was not releasing him and that he needed more time to join. When we took a stand on it, he posted this comment.
We have an excellent team working for us and we don't need such people on our team.
