It was good. It was a three step process. Most of it was over the phone. I feel like I had a good explanation of the role and company and all my questions were answered.
I found the interview process to be unfulfilling. I made efforts to accommodate the needs of human resources throughout, but each time I followed up I either received no response or was ultimately left without any clear update. My communication remained consistently positive, yet after three months of waiting without progress, I have decided to move on.
I had understood that this company would not operate this way, so the experience was disappointing. It has shown me that communication can be handled selectively, depending on internal priorities rather than mutual expectations.
