The training was nice at the corporate headquarters, and they provided nice breakfast and lunch. I was hired for part-time weekends 2pm - 10 pm.

About 10 minutes meeting the ADON which includes how long have you been a nurse, have you ever done long term care, if you have then ok when the soonest you can start, you tell him/ her ok your hired let me just go introduce you to our DON so she knows who you are, about 2 minutes basically answering same questions the ADON asked then ok. No drug test, background check which mysteriously gone DONE and approved overnight, you attend "orientation " fill out your w2 paperwork get s badge and stsrt orienting thst same day because you get 2. Days of orientation even though they say 3 but they need you so. As they say oh we know your capable and will be fine after only a day and a half of orienting.
